Positive Thinking

Did you know that creating a positive attitude changes your emotions, which changes the expression of your genes? It sends chemical signals to your DNA which instructs your genes to make new proteins which, in turn make new, healthy building blocks in your body. We then heal our stress-caused illnesses by just creating good emotions.

 

How? Here is one way: begin practicing optimism right now. 

 

What do we have to lose?

Just remember that our emotions are created by our thinking. Also, there is this: When we think positively about the future, the future responds positively. How cool is that?  And thinking patterns are something we can change.
