"Revealing Your Sacred Life"

Rev. Frank and Brian (professional story teller) weave together the importance of stories in our lives – and importantly, the joy of telling our personal stories. How do we shape them? What do we recall as the primary points of transformation?  How have our stories changed as our consciousness changes?  Telling our stories reflects back to us what we are holding in consciousness, and it’s a joy to see our evolutionary path!

"Able Never Forgotten Child" -- June 23, 2024

Unity of Bellingham presents: "Able Never Forgotten Child" By: Rev. Frank Castro-Wehr and Connect & Glow Meditation:: All Heart By Kate Moody From Rev Frank: Cain killed his brother Abel, and so, according to the story, he was marked. Much is made of this, the harshness of marking someone for their crime. But the reality is so, so, different. What does it mean to be marked by the Divine? From Kate: Musical Sanctuary is a contemplative service of music, readings, and guided and silent meditation, exploring different topics and principles related to spiritual growth and healing. The theme on June 23 is "All Heart," a colorful visualization where we draw heart energy to all of the energy centers. A beautiful way to enjoy vibrant aliveness. We will begin with Connect the Dots - visualizing energy centers - followed by Being Glow, adding a few energy centers, and exploring the qualities of each center. The deep relaxation and openness brought on by the Connect & Glow practice helps the release of patterns of tension, and supports personal growth. This self-healing technique is suitable for beginning as well as seasoned practitioners.
